Once upon a time, there was a little girl named Elisa who loved to doodle and make cards for everyone. They weren’t necessarily all good, but they had heart.

One day, Elisa grew up, moved to Paris, then New York, then Hong Kong until finally landing in a tiny European country called The Netherlands. Having already dabbled in advertising, marketing and most recently non-profit childcare to 2 small children, Elisa decided that maybe it was time to start thinking about paid employment again. But Elisa has always been a highly impractical, stubborn individual, so instead of getting a nice job in a nice office, she decided get back to where it al began. Thus, she acquired a 800 pound, 50 year old German Printing Press and, risking the lives of many friends, had it placed in her basement, along with much other clutter. Out of the Press came cranking stationary, greeting cards, birth announcements, business cards and all sort of other fun stuff. And that is the story of how Little Inks came to be.

Aside from the fact that most people have traded in hand-written letters for emails, Elisa forges on with her printing, knowing that there must be some off-line luddites out there who still appreciate the beauty and unique quality of hand-printed goods. Today Little Inks specializes in small custom paper goods, such as personalized stationary, business cards, birth announcements and more. All of my little items are printed on a one-of-a-kind 1962 ASBERN ADR-1 Proof Press using VanSon Rubber-Based Inks. I love doing custom designs and stationary, so please feel free to send me a message!
